Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a cutting edge fighting art derived from traditional Jiu-Jitsu by the Gracie family of Brazil. It is famous for its devastating ground fighting techniques. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu was specifically developed to allow a smaller person to defeat a larger person by a sophisticated application of leverage and technique. Gaining superior position on your opponent and applying a myriad of chokes, holds, locks and joint manipulations becomes the foundation for this challenging martial art.

Calisthenics
Body weight training, handstands, planks, pull ups, rings, parallete training, dynamic stretching, core development & stabilization, medicine ball, leverage clubs, rope work, flex-band training, implementation of yoga & pilates type movements, and many other ballistic type strength endurance circuits. Most of these exercises can be developed with proper use of spotting and training aids.

Olympic Weightlifting
The Olympic lifts and their derivatives are the most effective training methods known for increasing core, leg, & hip power. At PULL you will learn the core lifts; The Snatch, Clean, overhead, front, & back squat, Jerk and many other variations. These are trained with strict detail to ensure proper technique is utilized.

Offer superior conditioning in one simple, highly effective training tool. Movements performed with a kettlebell will add another dimension to your current level of fitness. PULL loves kettlebells and are an integral part of our circuit training.
